Oak Palace Rope Twist Stair Spindles
If your looking for a traditional turned spindle that can offer that touch of class then a Rope Twist spindle like the Palace Twist spindle design could be the one for your staircase project.
This long run of the Palace Rope Twist spindles in oak was an interesting one for Stairplan the project was a Railway station refurbishment and conversion to a dwelling in the Isle of Man. The project also included 2 Oak Staircases.
One of the staircases was a Oak curved staircase (Shown above) when we left the project the plan was to have wrought iron balustrades for the curved staircase but to date we have no photos showing these.
